What left the plant.

## A truck leaving is not a wall installed.

Fictional batch B-204: 120 required units, 100 fabricated. These cumulative stages overlap; never add them.

### Read the KPIs beside the quantities.

Fictional batch B-204. Each KPI names the handoff it measures.

Dispatched share | 76.0 % 76 dispatched / 100 fabricated units

|

Receipt coverage | 100.0 % 76 delivered / 76 dispatched units

|

Installation progress | 52.6 % 40 installed / 76 dispatched units

How this works in detail

## Dispatch: what left the plant.

Units shipped are recorded against the project and batch at the dock, connected to the work that was made.

## Delivery: what reached the site.

The site records what arrived on a phone. Any gap between dispatched and delivered shows straight away as a handoff to resolve.

## Installation: what is in the wall.

The site crew records installed units against their batch, and a second person checks what was installed. Partly installed batches take more entries as the work continues.

## Works with a weak signal.

Site entries made during a short drop in signal wait on the phone and send themselves later, so the record stays complete even where coverage is patchy.

Who records deliveries and installation? The site crew records deliveries and installed units on a phone, and a second person checks what was installed.

Is an installed count an engineering sign-off? No. The installed count is a progress record. Your project’s required approvals and inspections continue as before.
