Workstations and shifts in the same units.

## One total. The work behind it.

A fictional completed-batch example with 400 paid people-hours. See the productive work, stops and paid breaks behind the KPIs.

### Read the KPIs beside the quantities.

Fictional completed-batch example: 40 batches, 160 units and 3,200 ft². The KPIs and time breakdown cover the same work.

Recorded-time efficiency | 90.0 % 360 productive / 400 paid people-hours. Productive includes production, preparation and cleanup.

|

Labour per finished unit | 2.50 h / unit 400 whole-life paid people-hours / 160 completed units.

|

Labour per square foot | 0.13 h / ft² 400 whole-life paid people-hours / 3,200 ft² of completed output.

|

400.00 recorded paid people-hours

Production | 300.00 h |

Preparation | 40.00 h |

Cleanup | 20.00 h |

Stops | 20.00 h |

Paid breaks | 20.00 h |

People-hours include the recorded crew counts. Sample output, not a customer result.

## Compare

## Investigate

Follow a stop or loss to its reason.

## Act

Use time and output together to choose what needs attention.

How this works in detail

## People-hours from real counts.

Each job records how many people were working and for how long. Fabgini turns that into people-hours by workstation and shift, without timesheets or payroll.

## Setup, production, stops and cleanup.

Every session splits its time into setup, production, stops and cleanup, and shows any work outside the selected shift. Each stop has a reason, so a material delay never hides inside an equipment problem.

## Compare like with like.

Output is shown by operation and in units and square feet, so a small window batch is never compared with a large curtain-wall batch on unit count alone.

## Unavailable, never zero.

When the time, people or output behind a figure is missing, Fabgini says Unavailable and why. Your performance numbers only ever come from what was recorded.

Does Fabgini replace our timesheets or payroll? No. Fabgini records people counts and time on the work to show people-hours by workstation. Payroll stays in your existing system.

## See it with your kind of work.
