## Company → assigned scope → records.

Your company Its own production record.

Assigned plant or site The scope for your role.

Named account Actions retain their author.

Conceptual access illustration. Available controls are described below.

## The right scope for the work.

Access follows the account’s role and assigned plant or site. A correction keeps its original entry.

### Your company

Plant A Assigned work and records.

Plant B Separate selected plant.

### A correction keeps both

- Original recorded entry
- Correction and its author

## Company

Keep each company’s production record separate.

## Access

Use named accounts and shared-tablet sign-in.

## History

Retain the original event when it is corrected.

How this works in detail

## Named accounts, clear roles.

Every login is a named account with one of four standard roles: Admin, manager, technician and floor lead. Only the Admin manages the company, logins and billing. Custom roles narrow access further by area, plant and site.

## Shared tablets done properly.

Shop tablets use the approved shared-tablet sign-in for leads, so the floor records quickly without sharing an office password.

## Every change is traceable.

Corrections keep the original entry and show who changed what. Every figure in a report traces back to the entry and the login that recorded it.

## Each company kept apart.

Every company’s records are separated from every other company’s. The Fabgini database is hosted in Canada.

## Your records stay yours.

If you stop, your records stay readable and exportable for a set period; the terms give the details.

Where is Fabgini data hosted? The Fabgini database is hosted in Canada.

Who can see our records? Only the named accounts your Admin creates, each within its role and the plants and sites it is assigned to.

## See it with your kind of work.
