Out of the factory. Still in the picture.
Dispatched, delivered and installed are different facts. See each handoff separately.

How this works in detail
Dispatch: what left the plant.
Units shipped are recorded against the project and batch at the dock, connected to the work that was made.
Delivery: what reached the site.
The site records what arrived on a phone. Any gap between dispatched and delivered shows straight away as a handoff to resolve.
Installation: what is in the wall.
The site crew records installed units against their batch, and a second person checks what was installed. Partly installed batches take more entries as the work continues.
Works with a weak signal.
Site entries made during a short drop in signal wait on the phone and send themselves later, so the record stays complete even where coverage is patchy.
Who records deliveries and installation?
The site crew records deliveries and installed units on a phone, and a second person checks what was installed.
Is an installed count an engineering sign-off?
No. The installed count is a progress record. Your project’s required approvals and inspections continue as before.
