How this works in detail

Project, batch and work order in one form.

Add the project, split it into batches the way your shop releases and delivers the work, and create the work order in the same step. Units, square feet and dates stay with each batch.

Routes built from your operations.

Operations describe the work: cutting, machining, assembly, glazing, inspection. Product flows put those operations in order for each kind of unit, and each operation runs on the machines or manual lines you choose. Ready-made routes for window, storefront and curtain-wall work are included.

Drawings travel with the work.

Attach drawings, cutting lists, instructions and reference photos with their revision. The revision is fixed when the work is released, so a running job never changes its instructions without a recorded design change.

Release only what is ready.

Fabgini shows what each batch is still missing before it is released to the floor. Once released, the work appears in the queue of the right workstation, ready for the lead to start.

Is Fabgini an estimating tool?

No. Bring the agreed production scope into Fabgini as projects, batches and work orders. Estimating, engineering and purchasing stay in your existing tools.

Can we import our job list?

Yes. The setup wizard imports a job list from a spreadsheet, so your current projects are in Fabgini from the first day.
