How this works in detail

Start from the workstation queue.

The lead chooses the workstation and sees the work released to it. The job, the step and the current drawings are already filled in. Starting a job takes the number of people working and the shift.

Time that explains itself.

Setup, production, stops and cleanup are timed separately. Every stop carries a reason, so waiting for material reads differently from a machine problem. Crew changes during the job are recorded as they happen.

One tap per good unit.

Each good unit is one tap. Damaged or failed units are held on the spot with the defect and its reason, so the next person knows exactly what can move forward.

A clean handover between shifts.

When a session ends, the remaining work waits in that workstation’s queue with its quantities and open stops. The next shift picks up the record, not a memory. If the signal drops for a moment, entries wait on the tablet and send themselves later.

Does everyone on the line need a login?

No. The lead at each workstation records for the crew. The Starter Club includes logins for leads, managers and administrators, and more logins are added through a quote.

Does Fabgini track individual workers?

No. The lead records how many people are working, not who they are. Fabgini shows people-hours from those counts and does no payroll or individual scoring.

What happens if the shop Wi-Fi drops?

Entries made during a short drop in signal wait on the device and send themselves when the connection returns.
